Can't cancel a meal in my basket?
This is due to the meal being a historic meal, it cannot be cancelled manually. If there is a meal that you believe needs removing from your basket, please raise it to your childs school in the first instance, so they can check the status of the meal and whether it has been served or not. Once the school have looked into that meal they can decide whether the payment needs making for that meal or they can raise it to our support team to remove the meal if it was not served.
I ordered a meal but my child was absent from school. What do I do?
If your child is absent, it is your responsibility to ensure that a refund request for any meals ordered for the duration of the absence are requested
