What to do if a meal is stuck in the basket and won't let the parent remove:
- First, please check the child payments and statements page and look for the meal that is stuck in the parents' basket. If the meal is highlighted green and has been served, the meal requires payment. If the meal is highlighted blue and is a confirmed order, our support team will be able to remove the meal from the parents' basket for you.
