PAYMENTS AND STATEMENTS
You can search for a specific pupil:
- You can search by name or by class
- You can also search by credit/debit balances by selecting credit/debit balances only
- Use the pen and paper icon in order to open a pupil's full statement page
- Here you can check balances and what has been paid for
- If a meal is served it is highlighted green
-confirmed orders are highlighted blie - These are meals not served. Payments and statements page may show the child being in credit if a confirmed order has been paid for and not served. Parents will need to request a refund via their MyEvolveHub account if this is the case.
- Try not to delete meals, if a meal has been served accidentally, you can go into the menu option "Meals Taken", find the meal that was accidentally served and use the "Unserve" button to unserve it.
- If you need to go further back on the statement, use the "Display Last" box and enter "9999" this will allow you to see the full statement.
To Clear Debit Balances:
- Select Debit Balances Only
- Search and select the diner with the debit balance and open their statement using the pen and paper icon
- Any meal that has already been paid for will have a price underneath it.
Mark A Meal as Paid:
- You can follow the cash payments document which shows you how to add a manual payment onto the statement.
- Altertnatively if a meal that has not had a payment against it has a yellow till icon next to the meal on the statement page, you can use this button to mark the meal as paid.
