📩 Important: Please make sure to complete and return the Pupil Import Sheet and let us know if you’d like us to carry out your class moves. If we don’t receive confirmation, class moves may not be completed.

School To Do's:

• Complete Pupil Import Sheet - Sending back to [e-mail] along with information whether you will be completing class moves yourselves or whether you would like Evolve to do them for you. Please note a separate document outlining the moves will be required for Evolve 4 to complete them for you.
• Next years Half term holidays - Using the Holidays section on Evolve could you please input next years half term holidays, this helps our support staff when implementing new menu's. You can find holidays under the setup button on the main server page.
